There is a difference

The difference between managing performance and developing people is significant. Great leaders look beyond output as they recognise potential, create opportunities, and use their influence to advocate for others when they are not in the room. This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about coaching. I see coaching as a process of helping people reconnect with themselves, gain clarity about what they stand for, and lead with greater confidence, purpose, and intention.

Some of the most meaningful transformations happen when people rediscover strengths, values, and qualities that have been overshadowed by pressure, expectation, or self-doubt.
