I am Stephen Burrell
I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) who brings a unique lens to leadership development, grounded in cultural understanding and emotionally intelligent leadership.
With a background in senior leadership roles and a foundation in communication and relationship-building, I help leaders thrive in diverse and complex environments. My coaching is especially effective for those navigating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), supporting them to lead with greater self-awareness, empathy, self-regulation, and social agility.
