I recently heard a great definition of charisma, it was described as empathy combined with authority. I think it is the ability to make people feel that you genuinely care about them, while also giving them confidence that you can lead, protect and guide them. You don’t have to be likeable or have a strong presence. By simply challenging what you know and staying curious you will automatically make people feel both seen and safe.
